AN ACT RELATING TO LABOR AND LABOR RELATIONS - EMPLOYMENT SECURITY - BENEFITS (Raises the minimum attorneys' fee awarded to a claimant from fifty dollars ($50) to two hundred fifty dollars ($250) in certain instances in unemployment compensation matters.)
