AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- TRIAL (Creates an 11 member task force to study changes to the law, court, or policies and procedures to enhance timely and complete disclosure of discoverable material in criminal cases, and would report back by January 1, 2020, and expire January 1, 2022.)
