AN ACT RELATING TO HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OF SPECIAL OBSERVANCE -- HOLIDAY AND SUNDAY WORK (For purposes of overtime on Sundays and holidays, remove the exemption in the definition of employees for health care and maintenance workers, thereby entitling them to overtime pay.)
