AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - LICENSING OF HEALTH CARE FACILITIES (Requires all hospitals and freestanding ambulatory surgical facilities to adopt policies to use a smoke evacuation system for surgical procedures that generate surgical smoke.)
