AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - LICENSING OF HEALTH CARE FACILITIES - INFLUENZA IMMUNIZATION (Requires hospitals to offer immunization against influenza virus to all inpatients sixty-five (65) years of age or older from October to March of the following year.)
