AN ACT RELATING TO ELECTIONS-NOMINATION OF PARTY AND INDEPENDENT CANDIDATES-CITY OF WOONSOCKET (Provides that nomination papers for certain candidates for citywide nonpartisan office in the city of Woonsocket would require at least one hundred (100) signatures.)
