AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES - ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN (Establishes the Rhode Island chapter of the children’s advocacy center, a community based organization that would provide a child-friendly, safe and neutral location from which a multidisciplinary team would act in response to child abuse allegations.)
