AN ACT RELATING TO TAXATION -- LITTLE CIGAR TAX (Requires little cigars tax be imposed in the same manner as cigarette tax with twenty-five percent (25%) of revenue applied to smoking cessation programs and that little cigars be sold in packs of twenty (20) or more.)
