AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - RHODE ISLAND RESOURCE RECOVERY CORPORATION (Limits municipal tipping fees paid by municipalities to rate increases of no more than four percent (4%) per year over the base rate of forty-seven dollars ($47.00) a ton beginning in July of 2019 for fiscal year 2020-2021, and all years thereafter.)
