AN ACT RELATING TO DELINQUENT AND DEPENDENT CHILDREN -- PROCEEDINGS IN FAMILY COURT (Defines "adult" as 18 years and older. Eliminates limitation on family court jurisdiction for cases of 17 year old children charged with specific serious crimes.)
