AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES - CHILDREN - CONFINEMENT IN MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED (Makes it a criminal offense to leave a child under 7 years of age unattended in a motor vehicle for longer than fifteen minutes, punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or by a fine of no more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).)
