AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- MISCELLANEOUS RULES (Makes it a criminal offense to leave a child under seven (7) years of age unattended in a motor vehicle for longer than five minutes, punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or by a fine of no more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).)
