AN ACT RELATING TO LABOR AND LABOR RELATIONS -- CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS' ARBITRATION (Allows the bargaining agent for the correctional officers and the state authority to extend, by agreement in writing, the thirty (30) day period to reach an agreement on a contract, before submitting unresolved issues to arbitration.)
