AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES (Allows for a judge or magistrate to impose the requirements of blood and/or urine testing for the presence of illicit substances, if necessary, for anyone convicted of driving under the influence or refusal to submit to a chemical test.)
