AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL VIOLATIONS (Increases the administrative penalties that the director of DEM may impose for violations of environmental regulations up to five thousand dollars ($5,000).)
