AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES - ABUSED AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN (Requires all CASA (court-appointed special advocate) volunteers to first pass DCYF clearance as well as a national criminal background check before qualifying for appointment by the court.)
