AN ACT RELATING TO DOMESTIC RELATIONS (Amends the definition of "domestic abuse" to include acts by a person who knowingly/willfully encourages/aids/coerces any minor child to engage in commercial sex acts and allows a parent or legal custodian to seek a protective order on behalf of a minor.)
