AN ACT RELATING TO BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND HOSPITALS -- MENTAL HEALTH LAW (Authorizes a licensed psychiatric/mental health nurse clinical specialist to attest a patient's condition/need for treatment, submit documents to court, testify in court when the patient is receiving treatment at a licensed community mental health center.)
