AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- OPERATORS' AND CHAUFFEURS' LICENSES (Allows the holder of a level 2-limited provisional license to drive from the holder's home to a school event for which no transportation is provided by the school, between 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.)
