AN ACT RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES -- RETAIL LICENSES (Requires that any applicant or holder of a retail license for the sale of alcoholic beverages be required to file a certificate of insurance evidencing liability insurance coverage in certain minimum amounts.)
