AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES - RHODE ISLAND DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE ACT (Amends several sections of the general laws pertaining to the calculation of impact fees by municipalities in the state by requiring that needs assessments of the fees be conducted every 5 years with certain exceptions.)
