AN ACT RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES - MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (Raises by at least seventy cents ($.70) hourly wage of direct care staff starting October 1, 2017 and each October 1 thereafter with compliance certification and on each July 31 thereafter subject to the clawback provisions.)
