AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES -- CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEMS (Requires infants and toddlers under two (2) years of age or weighing less than thirty pounds (30 lbs.) be retrained in rear-facing car seats.)
