AN ACT RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS -- RENEWABLE ENERGY GROWTH PROGRAM (Expands the renewable energy growth program for an additional ten (10) years after the fifth program year, with an annual target of forty (40) nameplate megawatts for each year of the ten (10) year period.)
