AN ACT RELATING TO STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT - DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT - DOCK SAFETY (Requires DEM to issue regulations requiring any dock or pier longer than twenty feet (20') and located on a freshwater lake or pond to be equipped with reflective material such that it can be seen by watercraft operators.)
