AN ACT RELATING TO MOTOR AND OTHER VEHICLES - MOBILE AND MANUFACTURED HOME LOT RENTAL INCREASES (Provides that an owner or operator of a mobile home park would not increase rent in an amount greater than the average annual increase of the Consumer Price Index for the preceding thirty-six (36) month period, unless under certain circumstances.)
