AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES - EMERGENCY POLICE POWER (Amends the provisions regarding emergency police powers to clarify that higher learning institutions with special police officers are authorized to enter into mutual aid agreements for the purpose of providing emergency assistance.)
