AN ACT RELATING TO DOMESTIC RELATIONS (Adds the definition of "sexual exploitation" in the domestic abuse prevention law to include acts by any person who knowingly or willfully encourages, aids or coerces any child under the age of eighteen (18) years to engage in commercial sex acts.)
