AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY - STATE BUILDING CODE (Establishes procedures to inspect and certify and sometimes replace residential fuel oil tanks. Also requires removal of old buried oil tanks, the oil in the tanks and the supply and return lines in accordance with the hazardous waste management act.)
