AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL PROCEDURE -- DELINQUENT AND DEPENDENT CHILDREN-- CRIMINAL INJURIES COMPENSATION-- SEXUALLY EXPLOITED CHILDREN (Makes sex trafficking victims eligible for criminal injuries compensation fund and designates them as abused, neglected children and establishes "safe harbor" provisions.)
