AN ACT RELATING TO HEALTH AND SAFETY -- PUBLIC HEALTH AND WORKPLACE SAFETY ACT (Amends the definitions of "smoking" and "retail tobacco store" to include electronic smoking devices, electronic nicotine delivery system products and other products that rely on vaporization or aerosolization.)
