AN ACT RELATING TO CRIMINAL OFFENSES -- SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRATION AND COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION (Provides that sex offenders register their presence with any homeless shelter at which they may temporarily stay and provides that said shelters notify the local law enforcement agency of the presence.)
