Para ordenar a la Comisión de Asuntos Municipales del Senado investigar la participación de los municipios en el programa del Fondo para el Fomento de Oportunidades de Trabajo establecido en la Ley Núm. 52 de 9 de agosto de 1991, según enmendada, durante los pasados cinco (5) años, incluyendo el número de participantes, las posturas municipales adoptadas y los reembolsos otorgados, a fin de generar estadísticas y recomendaciones para su optimización.
