Para ordenar a la Comisión de Planificación, Permisos, Infraestructura y Urbanismo; y de Asuntos Municipales del Senado de Puerto Rico, realizar una investigación exhaustiva sobre las condiciones estructurales y de seguridad del Sector Morovis en el barrio Guzmán Arriba del municipio de Río Grande, incluyendo la viabilidad de declarar dicho sector como zona de restricción para nuevas construcciones o ampliaciones residenciales por razones de seguridad geológica; investigar el estado de los fondos identificados en una resolución legislativa previa; y para otros fines relacionados.
