Para ordenar a la Autoridad de Acueductos y Alcantarillados, en conjunto con la Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica realizar un estudio para determinar las condiciones actuales en que se encuentra la infraestructura de las represas Morovis Sur, Quebrada en Camuy, Pas en Vega Alta y Bajadero en Arecibo; identificar los fondos necesarios para realizar las mejoras que sean necesarias; identificar mecanismos alternos para suplir el servicio de agua potable; y para otros fines relacionados.
