Para ordenar a la Compañía de Turismo de Puerto Rico, en coordinación con la Junta de Planificación y el Municipio Autónomo de Toa Baja, a implementar lo dispuesto en la Ley Núm. 374 de 14 de mayo de 1949, según enmendada, y la Ley Núm. 96-2012, a los fines de establecer un plan estratégico para el fomento y promoción turística del Barrio Palo Seco del Municipio de Toa Baja; y para otros fines relacionados.
