Para enmendar el Artículo 18 de la Ley Núm. 134 de 30 de junio de 1977, según enmendada, mejor conocida como “Ley del Procurador del Ciudadano (Ombudsman)”, con el fin de facultar al Ombudsman a emitir acciones y órdenes a las agencias del Gobierno y radicar ante los tribunales del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico, procedimientos sumarios en el ámbito civil en torno a las reclamaciones de los ciudadanos.
