Para enmendar el Artículo 4.22 de la Ley 408-2000, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley de Salud Mental de Puerto Rico”, con el propósito de permitir la discreción al tribunal para determinar la continuación del ingreso de forma involuntaria del adulto en una institución proveedora de salud mental, incluyendo una determinación sobre el pago por dichos servicios de salud.
