Para enmendar el inciso (b) de la Regla 240 de las de Procedimiento Criminal de 1963, según enmendadas, a los fines de establecer que toda persona declarada no procesable conforme a dicha regla, no podrá permanecer sumariado en una institución carcelaria, en espera de recibir el tratamiento recomendado, por un término mayor de seis (6) meses; y para otros fines relacionados.
