Para crear y establecer la región turística “Ruta Turística del Este”, que estará compuesta por los municipios de Canóvanas, Carolina, Ceiba, Culebra, Fajardo, Loíza, Luquillo, Río Grande, Trujillo Alto y Vieques; crear un Comité de Planificación; ordenar a la Compañía de Turismo a elaborar un “Plan Estratégico de Desarrollo Turístico y Mercadeo”; para enmendar los Artículos 3 y 19 de la Ley Núm. 125 de 5 de agosto de 2016, conocida como “Ley de Regionalización Turística de Puerto Rico”; y para otros fines relacionados.
