Para enmendar la Sección 6074.01 de la Ley 1-2011, según enmendada, conocida como “Código de Rentas Internas para un Nuevo Puerto Rico” a los fines de incluir como opción a cumplir para ser considerado en la definición de Agente Especialista, todo profesional que haya aprobado el curso del “Anual Federal Tax Refresh”, así como la certificación del Programa Anual de Temporada de Radicación – Registro de Finalización (anual Filing Season Program-Record of completion), también emitido por el “IRS”; y para otros fines relacionados.
