Para crear un nuevo Artículo 3.02 A en la Ley 20-2017, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley del Departamento de Seguridad Pública”, a los fines de establecer que todo candidato de nuevo reclutamiento al puesto de bombero en el Negociado del Cuerpo de Bomberos deberá estar certificado como Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) o paramédico.
