Para enmendar el Artículo 9.01 y añadir un nuevo Artículo 9.11 a la Ley 85-2018, según enmendada, conocida como “Ley de Reforma Educativa de Puerto Rico”, a los fines de establecer el derecho del estudiantado a un periodo lectivo básico e irreducible durante cada semestre escolar y disponer normativas aplicables a circunstancias extraordinarias que afecten ese periodo lectivo.
