Para enmendar el artículo 13 a la Ley Núm. 129-2020, mejor conocida como Ley de Condominios de Puerto Rico, a los fines de establecer que la administración de todo bien inmueble deberá notificar el reglamento a los agentes y/o corredores de bienes raíces según definidos por la Ley Núm. 10-1994, y/o a un potencial comprador copia del reglamento; y para otros fines relacionados.
