Para añadir un nuevo inciso (z.2) al Artículo 14 y un nuevo inciso (t) al Artículo 66 de la Ley Núm. 146-2012, según enmendada, conocida como “Código Penal de Puerto Rico”, a los fines de incluir como circunstancia agravante a cualquier delito que se haya cometido mediante la utilización o por medio de Inteligencia Artificial; añadir definición de Inteligencia Artificial; y para otros fines relacionados.
