Para ordenar a la Comisión de Seguridad Pública del Senado de Puerto Rico realizar una investigación exhaustiva sobre la transferencia de fondos públicos de la Compañía de Fomento Industrial y Compañía de Turismo de Puerto Rico a cuentas fraudulentas en los Estados Unidos mediante un alegado caso de ataque cibernético. Así también, auscultar si esta situación ha ocurrido en otras entidades del Gobierno de Puerto Rico e investigar el desenlace de estos posibles eventos.
