Para añadir un nuevo párrafo al Artículo 182 (Apropiación ilegal agravada) de la Ley Núm. 146-2012, según enmendada, conocida como "Código Penal de Puerto Rico" a los fines de disponer como agravante el cometer este el delito de apropiación ilegal agravada cuando exista una Declaración de Emergencia decretada por el Gobernador de Puerto Rico; y para otros fines relacionados.
