Para enmendar el inciso (13) del Artículo 7 de la Ley 246-2011, conocida como "Ley para la Seguridad, Bienestar y Protección de Menores", para disponer que el Departamento de la familia siempre deberá referir a la Policía de Puerto Rico toda querella de maltrato, en cualquiera de sus modalidades, contra un o una menor.
