Para enmendar los Artículos 3 y 10 de la Ley 195-2011, según enmendada, mejor conocida como "Ley del Derecho a la Protección del Hogar Principal y el Hogar Familiar" con el fin de establecer el derecho a hogar seguro sobre la residencia principal del cónyuge supérstite sin necesidad de la comparecencia de los herederos sobre la propiedad, cuando éste es el único bien del caudal hereditario y el cónyuge supérstite no cuenta con suficientes recursos para satisfacer la participación de los herederos o legatarios en el inmueble, y para otros fines relacionados.
