Para enmendar el Artículo 1810 (A) del Código Civil de Puerto Rico a los fines de incluir a los abuelos en la inmunidad de ser demandados en acciones civiles de daños y perjuicios por sus nietos, siempre y cuando entre éstos exista una relación estrecha y afectuosa, y cuando los abuelos ejerzan un rol importante en la crianza de sus nietos.
